August 18, 2019 - Popped and poured. This needs some time. Very tight. Inky color almost opaque. Nice grippy tannins. After an hour starting to open up. Some tar and dark fruits. Very persistent on the palate. Long finish.

July 15, 2019 - Big blue fruits on the palate. Very expressive. Some spicy notes. Good tannins that provide grip. Very smooth. Long finish.
