Community Tasting Notes 1

April 9, 2019 - Beautiful tawny color. The notes are from when I first opened the bottle.

Nose (handicapped by mild congestion): red fruit, flowers. Not a lot of complexity, but really quite pleasant.

Palate: Red fruit trending towards darker fruit, garrigue, more flowers. Quite different from our last bottle I think. On the D&R scale, this one is maybe a touch closer to Bandol than our last bottle. Moderate tannins, just enough to keep balance. Fun wine--I always recommend.
