December 30, 2022 - This is wonderful now. Tannins are calm, wonderful blackcurrant on the palette. Highly enjoyable.
November 18, 2022 - Very approachable yet young - About 60% Merlot - unusual. Dark Cherry with Cassis & Spice with Earthy undertones. Well balanced with long finish with a slight herbal note. A sleeper wine that punches well above its weight
October 30, 2022 - Drank on ship in Bordeaux , good flavors , balanced, has character, medium body, drank with steak, would drink again.
July 18, 2022 - Notes of cherry, blackberry, leather, currants, and cacao nibs. Super enjoyable red - recommend putting in fridge about 20mins prior to opening. Would be great with lamb, steak, or a rich pasta dish.
May 23, 2022 - Dark Cherry - Blackberry with hints of Mocha, Coffee and Oak. Good balance with ripe elegant tannins. Finishes long with softer berry, cassis and touch of cigar tobacco. A good value quaffable Bordeaux, does need time.
April 3, 2022 - The nose and front pallet are cedar and cigar box. The wine is soft and elegant. Tasted pop and pour and after 2 hour decant. It's quite delicious but seems to be rather one-dimensional. I'm not sure if age would add to the complexity of this wine or not. Still, this is Bordeaux character for a very moderate price.
