November 13, 2021 - Deep ruby colour, dark cherry, blueberry, black olives, black pepper, lavender. 14.5% ABV, dry, medium+ body, fruity, very New World-y. Nice balance of acid and medium tannin.

April 23, 2021 - Good mouthfeel, lots of fruit with some spice notes. Give it 30 minutes of air to let it open up.

March 7, 2021 - A sweet, musty note that recalls confectioner's sugar on the nose. Dry, elevated acidity, moderate but firm tannins, full bodied. Syrah-driven, black-fruited, fresh, spicy and focused. Savory finish, and a stony impression that wouldn't be out of place in the Northern Rhône. But elevated alcohol and some fruit sweetness suggests some grenache, and a little, sharp metallic bite at the end I ascribe to carignan. 14.5°
