  July 1, 2019 - PnP, chilled. Next bottle will be aged for at least another couple of years, and warmed to ~55 degrees, as the first glass was not very forthcoming (it needed both air and warmth). Once this medium to plus bodied wine opened up it presented lots of lemon, in the form of Meyer, creme, and zest. There was also a good dose of minerality, some light oak, and a touch of tropical fruits. The acidity was quite juicy, and the finish was a lemony medium plus. (Some of this may be due to 18% of the juice going thru ML).
  Give this wine some more cellar time, then some air, and you will be rewarded with a very enjoyable CA Chardonnay experience.
