April 13, 2023 - If you open now, make sure you have a new toothbrush because you’ll need to brush twice!!! Big petite that was surprisingly still very young but definitely drinkable now. It’s big, dense, and a lot of sediment. Decant and let breath for at least three hours. Lots of blueberry, some raspberry, and a lite touch of cola. Recommend having with food. This is a fantastic wine that you can drink now, but I’m going to wait at least another three years before opening my other bottle.

January 2, 2023 - Hint of juniper, moderate to mild tannin and lovely fruit showing through. Very nice. Had quite a bit of sediment so take precautions if you want to avoid having that in your glass.
