April 12, 2024 - Perhaps starting to fade a little, but still very enjoyable and ridiculous value

March 29, 2024 - Still very young with a display of grapefruit and stony aromas on the nose. Lean, acidic, green apples and hay/grass notes. Mineral character. Tremendous value at €12/bottle.

March 23, 2024 - Started drinking from the frig, which was too cold. Let it warm to wine-level room temp. Only had one small glass, as still recovering from surgery. Will try it again and again over the next few days. Grapefruit, lemon, white flowers, grass. Given the preponderance of Semillon, I expected a different mouthfeel. Seems like more than 30% SB contribution.

February 18, 2024 - Still with good freshness, lively acidity and citric flavours. Lemon and gooseberry with pomelo and more weight and body from the Semillon. With some honey, jackfruit and some minerality. Shifting into a more ripe wine after a day or two, which makes it even more interesting. Drinking nicely now and seems to be keeping well too

January 11, 2024 - Lemon, melon and pear on the nose. Generous, full body. Balanced lemony finish. Drinking well now
