December 10, 2020 - Aromas of fresh yellow fruit, quince, spices, beeswax, almond mass with bitter almond. On palate a hint of oak is added. A touch of sweetness, high acidity. Finely textured, minerality. Very good length with lemon. Lovely.

    Certified organic with biodynamic practice.

June 8, 2020 - Light yellow. On the nose lots of ripe apple and pear, citrus, floral hints, some wooly funkiness and mineral notes. On the palate there is a rich concentration of fruits as above, flavors of cooked citrus. No obvious oak. The mouthfeel is very nice and round. Body is much fuller than I expected, medium to medium+. Acid is high, but well balanced by the body and mouthfeel. A touch of residual sugar. No bitterness. Excellent wine, classic Loire chenin. Drank this wine last summer and thought the acidity was too dominant - today no longer an issue. No rush to drink up either.

    January 25, 2020 - Tasted at Berman's. Nice Vouvray for $20.

January 19, 2019 - K&L Winter Loire Tasting (K&L Hollywood): A touch grassy/vegetal, but great mineral nose. On the palate, great acidity, with citrus and sour orange...More sour orange on the finish; leaned a little cidery for my taste.
