  September 7, 2022 - Almost medium gold in colour with subtle aromas of slightly floral yellow apple & a hint of minerality.
  On the palate, medium bodied citrus/lemon, yellow apple, unripe peaches, slightly floral/honey, baking spices, medium acidity with a long finish to a saline minerality.
  Lovely fresh, crisp wine that tastes as Chablis should.

  April 3, 2020 - Medium body, clean golden color. Dominant stone fruits aroma. Peaches and pears palate combined with long nutty finish. Very harmonious, complex, soft and slightly creamy wine, balanced gentle but refreshing acidity. Food friendly, tasted twice with shrimps and smoked sardines. Open half hour ahead. Serve 12º - 14º. Drink now.
