July 16, 2019 - Tasted at James Suckling Wine Central, Hong Kong
2017 Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis was clear pale lemon with green tinge. The nose was pleasant with lemon, apricot and honey, and the honey characters intensified as it warmed up in glass. It was medium-bodied, medium acidic with medium finish of mineral and jasmine flowers.
The Piedmont white reminded me of Condrieu for the stone fruits and honey flavours, but was lighter and had more fresheness. (91)

April 7, 2019 - Off the list at Osteria Langhe. Pale straw color with notes of citrus, apple, grass and florals. Plenty of fruit on the palate with bright acidity. Excellent.

April 1, 2019 - brief notes from a London trade tasting.

RRP £25.00 but I felt it drank like a £15 wine. It's good, I liked it: big flavours of peach and quince, maybe needed better acidity. Ripe and ready now at only 2 yrs old. It's over-priced but it's a very good white wine.

February 16, 2019 - Again a very convincing showing, pineapples, good grip and richness of palate, somehow like an everybodys darling, but well made, tasty and long, *(**), 88-90?

January 5, 2019 - An Italian Night at Hamburg (Silo 16, Hamburg-Harburg Harbour, Germany): To clean the palate we had one white in the end ot this evening, refreshing and tasty ripe pineapple fruit, fullbodied, clean and persistent, fresh long aftertaste, not like Riesling but with a good tension, *(*-***), 88- 90
