April 19, 2024 - Jammy nose. Super fruity, earthy and chalky- short on acid.

November 25, 2023 - Wonder if there is some bottle variation here as this bottle was not thin. Opened 5 hours before consumption based on prior notes and they were right. Huge aggressive ripe fruit settled into a nicely drinkable wine with dinner. Not my cup of tea but was the WOTN for the Napa cab lovers in my group. Soft tannins and not a lot of acid suggest this won't get much better with age.

November 22, 2023 - Very jammy tasting. Don’t like it at all wish I did as I have two more

May 10, 2023 - Decanted for a couple of hours then consumed over two nights. This wine started with the taste of over-ripe and over-extracted fruit, but at the 5 hour mark both issues resolved themselves providing a balanced if merely fruit driven swallow. Night two began with the same resolution and a hint of licorice, but in a short time it turned hot with the over-extraction becoming aggressive. Too much variance with the score representing its peak.

March 31, 2023 - Not a fan, hope it is the vintage and my ‘15’s will show up better. Decanted 3 hours and drank over the next 3+ with no improvement. Nose is promising and there is some red plummy fruit, but overall I found it thin and very alcoholic. Just not to my taste at all and not what this producer is capable of. My husband loved it although acknowledged the high alcohol and he called it simple but nicely fruity.
