May 5, 2021 - On PNP and colder it has more of a citrus component. However, as it warms, it was similar to my previous bottle and took on more of a full bodied California Style Chardonnay. I am convinced now, if you blinded tasted, most, if not all would identify it as that. Nose has a pleasant oak aroma and it picks up a creamy caramel on the mid-palate which is quite pleasant. The finish is long, sweet and creamy. Again, I particularly like this style, but others who are looking for more classic SB components may be surprised and/or disappointed.

April 7, 2020 - Drinks more like a Cali Chardonnay vs a Sauvignon Blanc. Full Malo etc. Enjoyed
