July 6, 2020 - Strong nose with clear red apples and a "new" black smokey touch. Rich mid palate and bitter dry finish, fairly long. Always been sceptic to PM and extra brut, but this combo was ok :)
One of the first champagnes my girlfirend liked. -

July 13, 2019 - Nydelig gyllengul farge. Modne røde epler, stekt brød (brioche aktig) , smør, røykaktig avslutning. Nydelig munnfølelse med høy konsentrasjon. Flott småboblete mousse med sitrus, grape og en en tørrende utgang (masse frukt). Sitter i mange minutter.
