August 7, 2020 - The wine looks straw colored. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, apricot, pear and bready. The flavor is very similar to the aroma The body is light with a fleshy texture and a short finish. The wine has low acidity. Had it with a Laotian curry chicken and spicy beef jerky and Jasmine rice.

March 16, 2019 - Simplistic Pinot Blanc with lots of pineapple, passion fruit and citrus. I keep looking for a Pinot Blanc like those of Chalone Vineyard from the early 1970s, which were barrel fermented, complex and unctuous. While this wine is in a burgundy bottle, I keep thinking it would be better in a hock (riesling) bottle due to its fresh and fruity style.
