Community Tasting Notes 2

July 9, 2019 - Popped and poured. Came across as more substantial than previous vintages. Nose showed lots of lemon with a very subtle aroma of pine forest. Palate is dense with lemon and cream. This will drink very nicely in 5-10 years.

May 18, 2019 - Willamette Valley May 2019; 5/17/2019-5/18/2019: Restrained, touch of oak. Built to age. Spice, mineral - great
