March 12, 2019 - Real helpful there, Ben...

Well, this is certainly an interesting concept (Bojo/gamay rosé) and presentation (funky and fun bottle shape). The color is midway between medium copper and salmon. Aromas of watermelon and peach jolly rancher and wet stone and seashell mineralality. Medium body, medium(+) acid and finish, with flavors of peach, watermelon, lime, and minerals. Dry. This will be good over the spring and summer.
