April 6, 2022 - Lovely unripe peach and white floral notes with a subtle wet stone undertone. A dominant jasmine note with air. Dried peach, stone and pear flavors on the palate. Juicy acidity. Excellent.

January 7, 2022 - Popped to have open for the event so others could also try it. A dry style with unripe white peach qualities on the nose and palate. Hints of mineral and florals. Very nice.
