November 26, 2022 - Nothing foul about this wine, maybe just the bottle, but it had no complexity whatsoever. Really watery. Just does not do it for me. I have 6-7 more bottles, I hope this is a closed in phase. But it will make me think twice about buying Fevre's entry level wine again. Just nothing to this wine.

September 25, 2022 - The wine sparkled in the glass with a pale straw colour and greenish tinged edges. The wine displayed aromas of lime, green apple and citrus, overlaid by wet stone or slatey characters with subtle fresh herb notes. The wine has definitely opening up to display an array or interesting flavours. Crisp and flinty, the fresh, elegantly textured palate dishes up flavours of lime and green apple infused with stone over some citrus and mineral characters. It ha a fresh dry finish with vibrant acidity and a stony mineral laden aftertaste of lime, green apple, citrus and subtle green herbs. Delicious and drinking very well now.

July 19, 2022 - Good salty and chalky minerality. Well balanced with lot’s of tastefull acid. Simple but it’s unmistakably a Chablis.

May 2, 2022 - Pretty much the same as when last tasted 11 April 2021, except a year on it seems to have rounded out. The Elderflower nose has receded somewhat and has given way more to wet stone and Flint. On the palate, I still detected Pineapple, but this time with a tinge of Grapefruit. Acidity is quite lively, and in the middle there is stone fruit with a finish that is medium long and quite dry. Overall, this is more balanced than it was a year ago. No reason why this won't go on giving pleasure up to its 10th birthday or perhaps slightly beyond. Great QPR.
