August 4, 2020 - Lime & minerals and white flowers. Straight forward and dry clean taste with citrus and lemon skin. Dry finish. Lovely and refreshing. A bit short.

May 14, 2019 - France and Italy - May 6 to May 10, 2019: Aromas of hazelnut, lime zest, pressed flowers and white pepper. Richly layered fruit and secondary spices on the palate. Vibrant structure. Ample depth in the middle with good length. Very nice.

January 11, 2019 - 2018 Visit to Domaine William Fèvre with Alain Marcuello (Chablis): Alain said that this 1er was purchased fruit, not a Domaine wine. From a steep vineyard facing south-east. A clear step up from the earlier wines. Limes, chalky minerals and iodine on the pungent bouquet. Lovely mouthfeel. Attractive gravelly minerals. Mainly green fruit: green apples, greengage plums and lime juice. Refreshing acidity. Euros 23.
