February 20, 2021 - À point from the first sip, with a rich texture and a lovely mix of yellow fruit and savory tones. As it warms up from cellar temperature there is a saline brightness, and the finish picks up a slightly creamy edge. Wonderful now, I would drink any bottles you might have. Don’t miss this stage for the wine.

December 23, 2019 - Very nice and jumps out of the glass as something "natural, Italian". Less of an edgy orange style and more of a white with some skin contact style. Wildflowers, cut dried grass, honeysuckle, dry mineral.

(If it didn't drop a bit in the middle, it'd go from very good / excellent to something even better.)

September 26, 2019 - Acidic, bright, lemon. Wax & wool, like a Chenin Blank. Steely, a little grass. Really good. Broad.

May 4, 2019 - Looks unfiltered as it's quite cloudy. Interesting aromas which made me think Italian immediately. Medium plus weight and some tannins, double blind could pass for a red.

March 25, 2019 - Slightly cloudy from the partial skin-contact, this was effusive on the nose from the get go. Served at cellar temperature (55-ish), it was medium-bodied and bright on the palate, showing lots of pithy fruit elements, as well as a bit of brambly spice. It warmed up to maybe 60 degrees or so, and that extra bit of warmth opened the aromatics further, with more tree fruit, fresh hay and a touch of honeysuckle. Served with some cacio e pepe (heavy on the pepper), and grilled chicken, and the pairing worked very well.

    October 22, 2018 - at tasting room.
per staff, unfiltered; portion of it spends 90 days on the skins.
golden color. Nose pear, beeswax, light cinnamon; a bit closed. Palate richer body, nice acidity, nectarine pith and fleshy fruit with some light pomegranate, finish with a light lambic/sour beer flavor. Interesting and refreshing with a chill. 90 pts
