October 7, 2019 - ruby with lighter rim; quite dark, nice. nose: pleasant; light musky notes; blackcurrants with leaves; some sweet blueberries and blackberries, some cinamon. balanced. taste: medium (+) acidity, quite fresh; fruit - cherries with Stones, blueberries, black plums; thick, medium (+) bodied but fresh; medium tannins volume; bitter on the finish. Nose promises more than we get on the palate.

August 20, 2019 - OK, good, probably too young, better the second night. Was halfway to being varietally correct and a tad too much acid, although it paired with steak fajitas OK., Just expected more for $23.99. Would give another year but I would be concerned anything more than that, it might thin out a bit. Another overrated wine by wine magazines.

August 20, 2019 - Rich and silky. Very ripe, almost jammy fruit. Hints of vanilla and soft baking spices.

May 9, 2019 - Medium bodied while the berries and cassis are quite intense on palate. Quite a good balance though, with some bit of acids
