January 27, 2019 - Tropical fruit nose, bone dry entry & finish. Well integrated subtle oak. Gossamer finish. I’m impressed

January 17, 2019 - Nose: faint tropical nose (I get mostly banana), applesauce.
Palate: subtle lemon custard, marshmallows, long crunchy mineral finish.
This is serious unoaked Canadian chard. Character & finesse for days.
