September 24, 2022 - Brilliant yellow color
Fresh walnuts, spicies, bruised apples, toffee, and floral tones in a very elegant nose
Very intensive and elegant taste with spices (curry) fresh walnuts, red apples, hazelnuts. It feals like the wines just lingers and stays in the mouth forever.

July 23, 2020 - Very different wine than I am used to. Voluptuous is an understatement. Nose is of yeast (non sweetened molasses), which I absolutely love. Found the same nose on Andre Jacquart champagne and 2000 Chassagne Montrachet les Embrazees. Palate is crunchy nuts followed by intense acid. In love with this wine. Wow!
Further notes as I keep coravin-ing the wine. The first layer of the palate is a steely crispness. The second layer is intense acid, lemon, nuts, and fruit. The last layer then collapses into a subdued yeast. This feels like sitting inside a lakeside house while a storm blows past you uprooting trees and splashing water onto the windows.1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 25, 2020 - PNP into Zalto Universal glass (“No” day): Medium lemon to the eyes.
Almond notes at its best, orchard fruits like fresh apples, really refreshing but at the same time also nutty but very nicely integrated - a blend of fresh and secondary notes here.
Very nicely light footed on palate. Great integration and underlying elegance here.
