February 18, 2024 - Served 6 cl. in glasses of cognac at room temperature. El Corte Inglés selection. Whiskey well known and yet I can not resist tasting it again and again. Complexity, softness, harmony, sweetness and depth without limits. To be buried with a bottle of Hibiky Harmony just in case ... I love it.
Servidos 6 cl. en copas de coñac a temperatura ambiente. Selección de El Corte Inglés. Whisky bien conocido y sin embargo no puedo resistirme a catarlo otra vez. Complejidad, suavidad, armonía, dulzura y profundidad sin límites. Que me entierren con una botella de Hibiky Harmony por si acaso ... Me encanta. -

July 15, 2022 - Choosy by the Sea; 7/15/2022-7/17/2022 (Alicante - España): Measure of 7 cl and served without ice by request. Sandalwood, salt water blow, spicy touch, chocolate even.
Sweetness in the mouth, long, alcohol perfectly integrated. Unburned in the esophagus. Always excellent this elegant softness served in its correct whisky glass.
Medida de 7 cl y servido sin hielo. Sándalo, golpe de agua salada, toque especiado picante, chocolate.
