December 27, 2019 - Clear deep ruby; clean medium minus nose of sweet marachino cherry, plums, soil and raspberry; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; high alcohol; medium body; medium flavor intensity; pfn; medium finish; good quality; very disappointing - thin and acidic - past its prime?

Still true, maybe a bit more oaky this time. Drink to 2024.

April 12, 2019 - Clear deep ruby; clean medium nose of eucalyptus, coconut, cinnamon, cassis, black berries, toast and blueberries; developing nose; dry; medium plus acidity; medium plus tannins; high alcohol, medium plus body; medium plus flavour intensity; pfn; medium plus finish; very good quality; drink now, not suitable for future aging; solid, well constructed wine; for the price point I’d instead buy The Formula or a Californian Zinfandel

March 1, 2019 - Dark acidity, nicely balanced black fruit and long, long tannins

November 29, 2018 - This was a beautiful wine, especially for the price point. Totally undervalued. Will be buying more.
