November 5, 2023 - Beautiful. Had this alongside the 2013 Cune, and the Contino was considerably more powerful in all dimensions. This would be a great desert island wine. It's just delicious from every angle. Should drink well for decades.

January 20, 2023 - This is drinking so well right now, some tertiary notes coming through, dark fruit, long finish. Excellent price quality ratio on this classic rioja. Significantly improved since my previous tasting two years ago.

August 23, 2022 - Dark Burgundy
Loads of dark fruit of the nose. Some charcuterie.
Dry, nice acidity and tannin. Will age well. Long finish.
WITH Butcher and l'Il Rob.
Great wine for the price. -

October 11, 2021 - Really enjoyed this wine. It’s drinking beautifully here with dark purple fruit, smoked meats, graphite and black stone. Enjoy but decant and serve with something hearty!
