July 26, 2019 - Vinegar. Not a superlative, just exactly what this wine tastes like to me. I’ve heard the argument that commercial yeast makes wines taste the same. Well so does an insane amount of volatile acid. When wines taste like Kombucha, they all taste like the same Kombucha. If you’re using native yeasts and letting the acid run wild, what’s the point?

Murky with some sour cherry and that’s about all I can gather.

July 23, 2019 - Extremely acidic, tart, sour cherries -- overly similar to kirschbier. First glass was good, second and beyond were not as appealing.

March 23, 2019 - Satellite of Soif (Chicago, IL): Of the three Correcaminos, this was the only one that was mildly drinkable. A blend of tempranillo and verdelho. Comes across more like a sour beer than as wine, and if you close your eyes to the genre, it's almost ok. There's a touch of sweetness here that's kind of pleasant, but overall, still too much dead yeast for my taste.

June 28, 2018 - Juicy, tart, fruity, slightly fizzy. Fun, unexpected, and delicious. Would absolutely buy again.
