January 10, 2020 - At a Valpolicella tasting, we hosted. Color deceptively light for a wine of this depth. Quiet, but complex nose, cherries, dark fruits. Palate was incredibly smooth and balanced for such a young Amarone. Touch of sweetness, tons of dark fruit. Long finish. We tasted this at the winery last year, it was better tonight.
