April 1, 2021 - Mornington & Yarra Valley Trip Jan 2018; 3/31/2021-4/2/2021: 50 Pinot 50 Syrah - Starts sweet with raspberry and cherry lolly, but then flips to a textured savoury gentle pink fruited thing with a very light cheesyness. light and long beast. Really lovely

August 3, 2018 - Pale salmon colour. Developing nose with medium (+) intensity of roses, white blossoms, very floral, candied strawberries, thyme, bush vines. Dry with medium acidity. Medium alcohol and med body. Flavour intensity is med and palate shows strawberries, orange peel, stone fruits. Finish is medium. Wine is good quality, good balance and fairly complex for a rose but very easy to drink as well.
