July 27, 2021 - Beautiful wine. Quite complex, tropical fruit, peach, floral, lime, mineral, touch of toastiness. Medium bodied with refreshing acidity. Seems quite primary still at 5 years. Should keep well but is very enjoyable now. Don’t drink too cold.
