March 29, 2022 - A bit disappointed to be honest. Beautiful golden colour and popping bouquet led to much anticipation. The liquid though was underwhelming. Apple, apricot, sure…but not enough acidity to really zip through, sweetness not as high as it needed to be. Good, but was hoping for more.

February 17, 2021 - SLDS February 2021: Pineapple, lemon, pear and apple on the nose. Intense tropical flavours on the palate, with the Chenin acidity cleansing well. Good length and plenty of enjoyment here.

January 5, 2019 - 3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019: 100% botrytis, 75 g/l residual sugar. Orange, marmalade, lemon and wax on the nose. Spice, with good acidity and lift on the palate. Finely balanced, showing plenty of cut through the sweetness. Really good character and length.
