May 12, 2019 - Was surprised how not-mineral and not-crisp this tasted. It didn’t taste of oak, but it seemed to have been aged in neutral oak and stainless. More Chardonnay-like than expected. Nice wine to sip on the patio in the sun

December 26, 2018 - Golden yellow in color, clear, star bright; grapefruit, pear, white flowers, vanilla on the nose and palate; juicy, fruit forward wine that leads to a medium finish. Wasn’t a fan of the effervescent mouthfeel.

October 27, 2018 - Nice fruity nose. First couple of glasses had delicious tastes of ripe apple, pear with some citrus tastes (grapefruit). Last couple of glasses were more acidic and less fruity. Interesting & fun bottle.
