July 7, 2021 - Beautiful. Had with grilled Santa Rosa plums with white cow cheese then grilled tuna followed by a loganberry tart. Drank in parallel with 2019 Pibarnon rose. Apples vs. strawberries. Both were lovely but the rose won out for the pairing. Cotat may need more time and fewer pyrotechnics.

June 21, 2021 - Really lovely sauvignon blanc. This has some white peach and gentle key lime notes. A hint of mint. Not quite the amplitude of a Vatan but it's in the same range/style for sure
