June 22, 2010 - This bottle was all over the place for me. First day, PnP, found it to be tart (almost cranberry like) with a burnt rubber tinge in the mid palate that was unpleasant. Improved some in the glass. Day 2: poured fairly cold and let sit in glass. After a while, it had a good phase with some nice red fruit and a bit of spice. Then it went downhill big-time and turned very tart. Only had 1 of these, and was not impressed.

September 12, 2009 - solid bottle nice dark typical Barossa fruit- a little bump in the mid pallet a bit of that bitter/burnt rubber note- bot solid- some acid for balance

October 2, 2008 - Deep purple opaque color. Really wonderful deep core of plum fruit, bright acid and tight tannins. Lychee, honey, and lemon linger in the finish. Very refreshing and balanced.

February 18, 2008 - Dark purple, nose of cherry jam. Rich fruit forward cherries, plums and some smoke. Clearly aussie shiraz, your palate better be ready for this.
