Community Tasting Notes 1

March 21, 2019 - Hmmm. On the nose it is so restrained almost saying ..... gee thanks for opening me, did you check the year?

I don’t think it is wrong for opening this at 4 years but wow do i regret it. Restrained notes in mouth. Light and almost watery. No evident or present acidity to match the restraint. Virtually no tannin. So why do I think this would improve ? I dont know. I have just dropped my membership. The wine needs some backbone. A real let down
