July 22, 2020 - Medium gold
Pronounced nose: little funk, yeasty, ripe tropical fruit, soursop, honeysuckle, citrus, lemon rind, med-plus acid. Med alcohol, nice finish!
Reminds me of brioche, Malo, full body. Champagne like without the sparkles... -

-translucent light-med gold
-reticent slightly sweet and waxy yellow fruit
-med/med+ acidity gives a sparkle at the finish, med weight fairly focused and linear with a waxy stony ripe but not quite tropical fruit profile
