March 14, 2022 - I taste a mixture of blackberries, apple seeds and a (boring) well done steak. Luckily I'm a fan of blackberries and I find that the wine is well balanced and is more bang for the bucks than a Bordeaux. It is a little laid back (not too dominant) and has short-medium length.
I wish it had some black pepper notes but I guess that is for another blend.
Yeah, I'll buy it again. -

May 8, 2020 - COVID-19 "Shelter-in-Place"; 3/17/2020-5/31/2020 (Redwood City, CA): Wine is named for the unique blend of North and South Rhône wine that makes it up.
* S - Septentrional : 50% Old vines of Syrah (60 years) from Northern Rhône Valley - 2015 vintage.
* M - Méridional : 50% of Grenache (more than 80 years) from Southern Rhône Valley - 2016 vintage.
Medium Ruby color. Raspberry, plum, coffee, mushroom, anise. Medium-full bodied, Meaty raspberry and plum on the palate, hints of anise, surrounded by a grippy tannic skeleton.
