June 9, 2019 - Pale to medium gold. Dry. Medium to high alcohol. Moderate acidity. Nose is yellow apple. Palate of bruised yellow apple, lemon rind, crushed granite, and a half a twist of white pepper. Short finish. Very drinkable.

February 9, 2019 - Some nice young riesling-like fruit on the nose -- pineapples, green fruit, nothing too obtrusive or offensive. Palate is thin but goes down easy. A little astringency and bitterness on the back end, but unoffensive is about as far as I'm willing to go.

January 17, 2019 - Green apple, apricot, mineral, acidic.
