August 16, 2007 - Light golden, slightly green tinge. Perfumy floral nose with red apples and spice. Slight heat. On the palate its viscous, creamy and feels kinda flat. Peculiar style of wine! Confected fruit, sweet apple pie, peach yoghurt. Some crispness - not entirely flappy. Good nuttiness and spiciness - although apparently unoaked. Actually very good!
