July 29, 2021 - Excellent with organic grass fed New York strip
Berry ash - moderate nose
Great silky mouthfeel
Ember earth, game, crushed cassis, dark berries
Excellent rising finish

June 10, 2021 - Really solid entry level wine here. Plenty of youthful fruit and weight on the palate with a touch of woodsy note. Nose has a fair amount of earth along with darker red fruit. Finish is of moderate length and quite bright.
