August 31, 2020 - A small tasting sample, nice depth of flavour, lemon and nectarine, slightly smokey and then a wave of cream and a touch of burnt sugar, plenty of acidity and freshness, I think it needs a little more time to come together more, but it’s going to be a lovely Bourgogne blanc

August 9, 2020 - this was very nice with ample acidity (even a little shrill before an hour or two of air), and great lift / tension / citrus profile

June 25, 2020 - great QPR at $36... this is classic, if humble, PYCM white burgundy, with a hint of matchstick and good acidity / citrus fruit

May 25, 2020 - Quarantine 2020: National Chardonnay Day (Blind); 5/21/2020-5/25/2020 (Los Gatos and San Carlos California): Tasted Blind:
Clear and so light and pale yellow in the glass. I get seashells, wet rocks, and flinty reduction on the nose. Yum. Blows off quickly, and I get those chiseled notes lemon, lime, and apple. The nose is subtle and tight. My wife noted it "smells like nothing, light fruit, almost water-like." Even on day 2, it had opened up some but still quite vailed and very delicate on the nose. To me it's glorious and tastes like it smell. Bright acidity throughout, great minerality, no noticeable oak. Lemon, lime, and apple flavors lead into a med finish. To me, its the depth of flavor coupling with the airy lightness that makes this one pop for me.
    12.5% ABV

April 14, 2020 - No formal notes, but it was another very good PYCM wine.
