January 2, 2024 - Lovely Chard. Different from usual PYCM. Less driven by intense tropical flavors, although there is a hint of lime on the finish. Also a touch of smoke. But a little fuller bodied then most. Probably the appellation.

Ripe orchard fruits and a smoky, gun-flint note. Rich on the palate, but still has a rounded finesse to it. Pear, lemon butter, hazelnut, crushed stone, mineral. Balanced and long. Delicious stuff. -

August 18, 2022 - A very crispy and refreshing wine with the aromas of lemon, stoned fruit, oaky and smokiness. Palate is rich and balance.
Very good price in the restaurant at $1380+ but doubt in it’s market price.
