    April 24, 2021 - In a good state now. Quite long, tannins have matured markedly. Fruit still very lively - lingonberry, young cherries - and quite high acidity. Highly drinkable now but could in a year or so move into new territory with more mature fruit.

    March 14, 2021 - Decanted for 20 minutes, but still a bit tannic. It took about an hour in the decanter for the tannins to soften and the wine to come together. The wine was a bit hazy, with a light to medium ruby color. There were cherries and earth on the nose. The cherries and earth carried over to the medium to minus bodied palate, along with a touch of raspberry, and nicely balancing acidity. The decanter time really allowed the wine to harmonize. Should hold for another couple of years.

    March 13, 2021 - I agree with Jeffyboy’s note totally. But I found this to be a remarkable wine. Cant wait to try the rest of the portfolio.

    December 19, 2020 - Même constant que la dernière bouteille... Sur 2 magnums en plus, vraiment pas content... Un jolie fruit frais mais avec de la réduction et une aigreur pas trop agréable. P.S.: Étaient tous 2 en cave à 16-17 degré... Terminé pour moi cette cuvée d'entrée d'Arianna, je vais rester sur son Frappato régulier qui est toujours excellent, même si je suis conscient que ces 2 magnums ont possiblement été malmenés dans le transport par la SAQ (chaleur, etc)...

    December 8, 2020 - very dark, cloudt, "dirty" colour; amarath rim. nose: ripe red cherries, black cherries, some plums and flowers - tulips balsamico; tart and fresh (some kirsch even). good intensity. taste: high acidity, medium (-) body; soft, light tannins; succulent cherries (with Stones), black cherries (bit from compote); long finisz with slightly fermented (funky) notes. Very pleasant and refreshing. Good to pasta with roasted red onion and pancetta.

    November 27, 2020 - Interesting wine. Fairly light bodied, very high acid, lots of minerality - a good (and good value) alternative to a Pinot

    Fairly light ruby color. Quite aromatic, unripe raspberries, grapefruit. Very high acid and not a ton of tannins. Medium to light body. Flavours include that unripe raspberry, fennel, a little bitter, stalky character that dominates the reasonably long finish.
