February 23, 2019 - It's a pale golden color. Intoxicating nose of warm sage and spice and it feels like it spent time in oak. Palate is citrus dominated on a medium frame. Length is quite good. Zippy lemon. This is an absolutely delicious wine.
Paired well with a Mediterranean inspired dinner of pan seared black cod with lemon garlic oregano sauce, roast potatoes and a halloumi and strawberry mixed green salad. -

October 14, 2018 - 13th Cellier Wine Fair (Hilton Athenaum Hotel): TIght and mineral in the nose, showing equal amounts of citrus and flint notes. The palate is richer, ripe white fruit, med body and acidity, med finish. Easy drinking
