March 14, 2024 - Deep gold color, decent acid, and an unctuous blend of aromatic, slightly off-dry goodness. I thinkits mostly Riesling, pinot gris, and pinot blanc, but there might be some Gewurztraminer in there too. Very versatile. Tastes even better when a hint of spice balances the sweetness and you get some of the more savory aspects of this wine.

June 17, 2023 - The bouquet shows a lot of sweetness. On the palate a sweet start. The sweetness remains, ripe fruits of all sorts, some minerals and bitterness in the finish.

May 23, 2023 - Very interesting blend of many varietals. I'm not really sure what to use this wine for. It's very sweet and has a similar profile to a dessert wine and yet a lot less bold. It's basically like crossing a Riesling with a sauternes. It's a very good quality wine with a lot going on but seems like a little too sweet for dinner but not potent enough to do as an after dinner wine. I was told by someone who loves Alsace wines that the sweetness should calm down with more age
