Community Tasting Notes 9

April 7, 2024 - Very nice, a bit classy nose. In the taste nice fruit, good acidity, rather well balanced. At the first day the nose was better than the taste. At the thrid or fourth day the taste showed some nice complexity. A bit better than my last bottle. 89-90.

October 27, 2021 - Drinking well. Very precise, not flabby. Good petrol, mineral. Very enjoyable

August 9, 2021 - Precise fruit in the nose, a bit leaning towards herbs. Rather full and weighty, off-dry riesling. A classy riesling, to be discovered on its own preferably. Be sure to drink this cold. 89.

July 17, 2021 - Started a touch flat with some yellow orchard fruit and white blossoms. After about 2 hrs of breathing it got quite racy.

Apples, slate, nice heft. Leaning into higher end Chablis-esque territory, oddly enough.

Seems like a great value to age for a bit. No petrol notes at this point.

December 12, 2020 - This wine has morphed into a serious riesling with a little complexity showing the beginning of a long ageing process. Superb. Less exhuberant than 2 years ago, but better integrated and now really "coming together". Love it, and will not hurry to drink my remaining bottles.
