October 8, 2013 - Great Napa Cab especially at $20. Very smooth, with some spice and light oak. Great berry flavor.
May 10, 2011 - Very nice. Seems like BV Cabs are always solid,and this was no exception. A good value. It had decent cherry and berry flavors. and a nice nose to it.It finished very nice. I decanted it for an hour or more before drinking. I liked that the alcohol was not overpowering. definitely not "to hot". It seemed to be fairly well balanced for a wine of this price. I would like to have more of this year.

July 17, 2010 - I am not new to wine ;-) I thought this was a nice, pretty, vintage appropriate, a little light, but not in an objectionable way, fresh and clean with good balance. None of the vegetal overtones that other cabs sometimes distract me with. Nice long finish. It is almost ten minutes from my first sip and I can still taste it!
April 21, 2010 - I was surprised. I think this arrived in my cellar via wine and cheese gift basket. Actually I think it was a re-gift. Perhaps it was just low expectations but it was pleasant on the nose and smooth on the palate
November 30, 2009 - This bottle was not as impressive as the one I tried a little over a month ago. It seemed a bit muted and one dimensional. Drank it over three nights. The inconsistency is always disappointing.
October 22, 2009 - This wine has softened up and smoothed out nicely. It developed more complex aromas on the 2nd day, although it was also showing the first hint of oxidation. Drinking well right now. I'd drink them up within the next 6 months.
June 7, 2009 - Consistent with last tasting.
May 27, 2009 - Whiffs of cigar box and black cherries lead to a mouth full of tannin wrapped black cherries and spice.
May 18, 2009 - Consistent with last tasting.
