Na taça um rubi de concentração média-alta e contornos violáceos. No olfato licor de cassis, geleia de mirtilos, anis, toques terrosos. Ataque de boca intenso, fruta e madeira bem calibradas, acidez precisa, corpo médio+ e final persistente.
Conjunto equilibrado, com boa expressão e presença. -

February 25, 2020 - Earthy, smooth, & complex all while maintaining beautiful fruit. Pleasant floral notes contrasted by hints of barnyard. Great effort.

July 22, 2019 - Airoldi Fine Wines Winter Tasting (Oak Barrel, Elizabeth Street, Sydney): Farmyard and berry, earth, cedar, black plums, slight pencil shavings, red berries, mint. On the palate it's juicy and chewy with fruit sweet notes married to that farmyard stuff. Dense across the mid palate but all in all I find this complex and rather nice.
