  Une bonne surprise ce 2004. Avec un joli nez qui pinote presque (!), avec des effluves de rose, de griotte, de poivron rôti et de végetal noble, il s'en sort avec les honneurs pour un millésime pas très réputé en Bordeaux.
  L'attaque est plutôt veloutée, avec de la fraicheur, mais c'est sur la finale qu'on comprend mieux les réserves faites sur ce millésime: c'est un peu rustique et pointu, le vin resserre un peu sechement alors qu'il avait été si élégant jusqu'ici. Une belle pièce de viande persillée devrait arranger tout cela!

  March 27, 2016 - Drank on 27/03 & 28/03.
  Rated 87 27/03 & 89 28/03.
  First day - seemed light and quite thin with a finish that was on the short side.
  Some cigar box, blackcurrant fruit/cedar.
  2nd day - much longer finish with generous levels of the blackcurrant fruit and cedar wood coming through.

  January 28, 2010 - Excellent nose. Dry and smikey with great finish. Opens nicely and drinks much older than it's age.
