May 21, 2022 - All the stuff I want from a cabernet sauvignon, but I will sit on my other bottles for a few more years. I'd suggest drinking from 2025 to 2035.

April 18, 2021 - 14,2 abv. Not decanted but uncorked tasted, and recorked about two plus hours and cork removed about an hour prior to service. Notes after about three hours; Served with SRF gold grade NY strip loin. Dark ruby/ purple, bright, opaque, lovely, beguiling aromatics of dark brambly fruits, underbrush, florality, and trace vanilla, spice, but integrated. Palate is consistent, full bodied, mouth watering juiciness, slightly drying tannins, medium plus lingering finish. Lovely.

November 29, 2020 - Dark, red cherry and currant, with drying tannins, spice, tobacco, and earthiness. Lean, rustic, and young, with a robust, cigar-box tannic streak. Restrained and not overly ripe, a huge plus. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles.
